摘要
目的探讨强化护士长对护理教学查房的组织管理的方法及效果。方法制订护士长在查房中职责、规范对查房的管理、建立查房的评价及反馈制度和加强护士长的查房指导点评能力等措施强化护士长对护理教学查房的组织管理。结果强化组织管理后护生对教学查房的满意度和理论及综合技能考核均明显高于强化前(均P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论强化护士长对护理教学查房组织管理有助于提高护理临床查房的教学质量。
Objective To explore methods and effectiveness of strengthening the role of charge nurses in the organization and management of ward rounds on nursing teaching. Methods The responsibilities of charge nurses in ward rounds were regulated, the management over ward rounds was standardized, assessment system on ward rounds and the feedback system were formulated, and the ability of charge nurses in summarizing ward rounds was enhanced. By these means, the organization and management over ward rounds were consolidated. Result The satisfaction degree of nursing students with the ward rounds and the assessment of their theoretical and comprehensive skills before enhancement of organization and management were significantly higher than after that （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The measure of strengthening the role of charge nurses in the organization and management of nursing teaching ward rounds can improve the quality of chnical nursing teaching rounds.
