摘要
目的了解临床护士对抽取血标本准确性的态度。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对65名护士对抽取血标本准确性的态度进行调查。结果65.63%-78.79%的临床护士认为抽取血标本准确性与护理操作有关;63.64%-65.63%的护士能正确抽取血标本;65.63%-81.82%的护士希望检验科能提前告知注意事项或同时能进行现场指导。结论护理管理者应加强对护士慎独精神的培养并规范其操作程序;对特殊或精密项目的检测,检验人员应在场或亲自采集标本以保证结果的准确性和可靠性。
Objective To study the attitude of clinical nurses to the blood-sample-collecting accuracy. Method A selfdesigned questionnaire was used to evaluate the attitude among 65 nurses to the blood-sample-collecting accuracy. Results 65.63% - 78.79% of the nurses deemed that the accuracy was related to the nursing behavior,63.64% - 65.63% of the murses could collect blood samples in the fight method. And 65.63% - 81.82% of the nurses hoped that precautions should be informed by the laboratorians in advance. Conclusions The nursing administrators should strengthen the cultivation of the inner concentration among nurses and standardize the operating sequence. For special and precise check out, the laboratorians from clinical laboratory should be present on an occasion or even collect the samples by themselves.
