摘要
目的探讨胃癌根治术后顽固性呕吐的护理方法。方法回顾性分析本院胃癌根治术后6例发生顽固性呕吐患者的临床治疗、护理过程,总结护理要点。结果本组病例经肠内营养、饮食调整和对症治疗后,呕吐症状逐渐消失,随访半年无再发。结论有效的心理护理、早期口服肠内营养制剂和饮食指导有助于缓解顽固性呕吐的症状,促进患者康复。
Objective To investigate the method of nursing the patients with refractory emesia from radical correction of gastric cancer. Methods The processes of treatment and nursing care for 6 patients with refractory emesia from surgical operation on gastric cancer were retrospectively analyzed. The experience of nursing care was summarized. Results After the symptomatic treatment was done, the symptoms of vomiting disappeared. No relapse was found in the following half year follow-up. Conclusions The refractory emesia in postoperative patients with gastric cancer is a symptom of postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction. To alleviate the symptoms of refractory emesia, effective mental nursing, early oral taking of preparations of enteral nutrition and dieting instructions are effective in alleviating the symptoms of refractory emesia.
