女性盘底功能障碍性疾病电刺激联合生物反馈治疗体位的探讨

摘要 目的探讨女性盘底功能障碍性疾病电刺激联合生物反馈治疗体位的方法。方法选择2007年4月-2008年4月在本科室进行盆底电刺激联合生物反馈康复治疗的产后患者共133例,总治疗次数1200次,其中将改进前600次作为对照组,改进后600次作为观察组。对照组患者治疗时给予双侧大腿肌分开5-10°,观察组患者双侧大腿肌分开30-45°,双膝下垫1软枕,在软枕和治疗阴道肌电探头之间放置治疗盒1个。观察两组患者电刺激时及生物反馈时探头脱出率和双大腿肌参与盆底肌收缩率。结果观察组电刺激时及生物反馈时探头脱出率、双大腿肌参与盆底肌收缩率低于对照组,两组比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论女性盘底功能障碍性疾病电刺激联合生物反馈治疗过程采用改进治疗体位,能有效避免阴道肌电探头脱出,避免双侧大腿肌参与盆底肌收缩,使治疗顺利进行,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of different postures in EMG-biofeedback training. Methods 133 postpartum women took part in EMG-biofeedback training in our department during April 2007 and April 2008 in our department, receiving total 1,200 times of treatment. The treatment for the first 600 times before training were set as the control group, in which the postpartum women were asked to perform the training with their legs separated by 5 - 10 degrees, while the treatment for the second 600 times were set as the test group, in which the women were asked to have their legs on a pillow at a degree of 30 - 45°, with a soft pillow under beth knees and a box between the soft pillow and the EMG probe. Exodus rates of the EMG probe during the EMG-biofeedbaek training and the rates of thigh muscles participating in the contractions of pelvic muscles were compared. Result There were significant differences between the groups in the exodus rates of the EMG probe during the EMG-biofeedback training and the rates of thigh muscles participating in the contractions of pelvic muscles (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The good posture during the EMG-biofeedback training can avoid the prolapse of EMG probe and prevent the thigh muscles from participating in contracting of pelvic muscles. So it can improve the effect of training.
