摘要
目的:探讨小儿特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的诊治。方法:将符合诊断标准的85例患儿列为观察对象。治疗分为强的松或地塞米松加中药(四君子汤与四物汤联合治疗)及西药治疗。结果:治疗组痊愈40例,好转14例,总有效率94.8%;对照组痊愈8例,好转6例,总有效率50%。经T检验(P<0.01),有较显著差异。结论:四君子汤与四物汤加减联合西药治疗小儿特发性血小板减少性紫癜能起到相互协调的作用,疗效显著。
Objective To investigate treatment of children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura （ITP）. Methods Observing the diagnostic criteria, of 85 cases of children were chosed as objects, who were divided into Prednisone or dexamethasone add Chinese herbal medicine （Sijunzi Decoction combined with Siwutang Decoction） and western medicine. Results In the treatment group, 40 cases recovered, 14 cases improved, and the total effective rate was 94.8%. In control group, 8 cases recovered, 6 cases improved, total effective rate was 50%, P 〈0.01 by T test. There was significant difference. Conclusion Modified Sijunzi Decoction combined with Siwu Decoction and Western medicine could play the role of coordination in treating children with ITP, which had a significant effect.
