摘要
通过对秦岭终南山特长公路隧道竖井施工影响因素的综合分析,确定采用单竖井两分隔的竖井方案。运用双半圆滑模一次施工的方法,成功解决了大直径、深竖井中的一系列技术难题。本文简要介绍了单井送排风式竖井的滑模施工工艺,旨在结合其具体施工,探讨通风竖井的设计及施工问题,为今后特长公路隧道通风竖井的修建提供有益参考。
Through analyzing the influencing factors of shaft construction in Qinling Zhongnanshan extra-long highway tunnel, the single-shaft two partitions method is adopted. A series of technical problems in the large- dimeter and deep shaft are solved through construction one time by a double semi-circular slipform. This paper introduces the slipform construction technology of the sending and exhausting single-shaft, combined with its specific construction, and discusses the problem of ventilation shaft design and construction, providing reference for the ventilation shaft construction of extra-long highway tunnel in the future.
