摘要 总结与研究在目前国内外桥梁全寿命周期成本设计方法的基础上,对各国目前所开发的应用于桥梁全寿命周期成本设计与控制系统进行对比分析,提出了各系统的特点并分析其优点与不足,结果表明全寿命成本的经济性因素十分重要,需要得出确定性与概率性两种结论方案,从而证明了桥梁周期本系统的实用性。 As a result of deterioration of the natural environment, the degradation of the bridges is inevitable. Therefore, it is necessary to consider and predict bridge life-cycle costs at the design stage. In this paper, the methods of considering the entire bridge life-cycle costs in the design phase are summarized. Then, the design and control system of bridge life-cycle costs currently used by several developed countries are compared and discussed. The characteristics of each system are described and their advantages and disadvantages are summarized. Study results indicate that the economical factor is most important in the analysis of bridge life-cycle cost and both deterministic and probabilistic analysis ap- proaches are needed in the practice. This paper demonstrates the usefulness of the bridge life-cycle system and finally makes recommendations to how to develop such a system in China.
