摘要
目的分析总结髓周动静脉瘘的发病特点和临床表现等特征,探讨诊断和治疗的方法。方法对我院近7年经治疗的13例髓周动静脉瘘进行回顾性分析研究。结果本组髓周动静脉瘘占同期脊髓血管畸形患者的11.42%,其中手术8例,介入4例,介入加手术1例。结论髓周动静脉瘘是一种较少见的脊髓血管畸形,术前各种影像学手段的综合应用是确诊的关键,根据其不同的分型,采用相应的治疗手段是提高疗效的关键。
Objective To analyze and summarize pathogenic feature and clinical manifestation of perimedullary arteriovenous fistula（ PMAVF）, in ordor to investigate the diagnoses and treatment of PMAVF. Methods 13 cases with PMAVF treated from March 2002 to December 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The number of PMAVF occupied 11.42% of all vascular malformation of spinal cord in this term,8 patient underwent surgery and 4 patient underwent interventional therapy, 1 patient underwent surgical plus interventional therapy. Conclusions PMAVF is a rare vascular malformation of spinal cord. Integration of different imaging and individualized therapy based on typing are important for better results.
