摘要
阐述了福建农村发展差异,如福建与其他省(市)差异、福建农村区域间差异、福建农村个体间差异,这决定了其新农村建设不同,并就福建新农村建设的起点、重点和途径等进行差异性分析,提出了福建新农村建设的差异化战略,即因地制宜、量力而行,推行工业化与城镇化。
Fujian is different from other provinces, with the distinct differences between its regions as well as villages, which in turn leads to the differences in the starting point, emphasis and ways of new countryside construction. Based on this analysis, this paper comes up with the diversified strategy of new countryside construction in Fujian that is the policy of catering for the local situation, the orientation of industrialization, and the ways of urbanization.
