摘要
产学研结合是科技创新和经济发展的成功模式,也是加速科技成果转化、实现产业化的一个有效途径。产学研合作模式产生于20世纪初的美国,此后在欧美发达国家中兴起,逐渐得到广泛发展,中国改革开放以来也得到迅速发展。目前产学研结合在中国的发展面临挑战,产学研结合的方式需要进行新的探索,产学研结合的模式需要不断创新,产学研结合仍具有巨大的发展空间。以区域经济社会发展为目标的官产学研战略联盟的构建,是产学研结合的新趋向,它有助于高校的新发展,有助于区域经济的进一步发展,也有助于企业竞争力的全面提升。
The combination of Production,teaching and research is a successful model of scientific and technological innovation and economic development.It＇ s also an effective way to accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the industrial sector as well as the industrialization.The model of cooperation between production,teaching and research started in the early 20th century in the United States.Then,it emerged in developed countries in Europe and America,and was widely developed.So did it in China after the policy of reform and opening-up.While at present,development in the combination of production,teaching and research is facing challenge in China.As there is still development space for it,its pattern needs exploring and its model needs innovating, The new trend is to set up the strategic alliance of government,production,teaching and research,of which the goal is to develop regional economy.It will help to develop universities,to further develop regional economy as well as to improve competitiveness of enterprises.
