摘要
该文以负阻振荡器设计及自适应递推算法为基础,提出了负阻振荡器的最佳自适应递推设计方法。该方法计算简单、收敛快而准确,并保证收敛的唯一性和最优性。它不但可用于各种器件及波段的负阻振荡器的设计,还可用于各类有源非线性网络的调谐与阻抗匹配。文中结合实例,详细分析和验证了该方法。
On the fundamental of negative resistor oscilator design and adaptive recursive algorithms, an adaptive recursion design of negative resistor oscilator is presented in this paper. The method is characterized by its simple calculation, fast and precise convergence, and the unique and optimal converging. It can be used not only to design the negative resistor oscilators with different wave bands and different kind of devices, but also to turn the active nonlinear networks and match their impedences. The method is analysed and verified by the concrete example.
