摘要
结合某公路沿线的地材特点,对路面基层材料无侧限抗压强度的几种影响因素:集料种类、水泥掺量、细颗粒(〈0.075mm)含量、水泥品种进行了研究:认为级配是影响强度的主要因素,其次是水泥的品种,集料的破碎面的粗糙度和棱角性对强度的影响也比较大,水泥稳定类强度随水泥掺量的增加呈较好的线性递增关系;集料里太大的细颗粒含量对强度的形成不利,但适当的细集料含量有利于强度的形成;AGS稳定的粒料强度比矿渣水泥和复合水泥稳定粒料的强度提高约10%~15%。因此在公路建设中,将集料级配控制在合适的范围和选择合适的水泥品种十分重要。
Based on the raw materials status of a super highway project, the influencing factors (the kinds of aggregate, cement content,fine particles content, cement sort) of unconfined compressive strength of the road base material have been studied. The graduation is the main factor to influence the strength of the road base material, and the secondary factors are the surface texture, roughness and angularity of the aggregate; the increase by degrees of strength have a good linearity rela- tionship with the increase of cement content; a large fine particles (〈 0. 075 mm) content in the total aggregate bring about significant decrease of the strength; the strength of AGS stabilized granular materials is 10 % -- 15 % higher than the strength of slag cement or composite cement. So it is very important to control the stability of aggregate graduation and choose the sort of in the road base construction.
