摘要
采用有限元计算方法对白口铸铁焊补应力场进行了分析,计算结果表明:在常规焊补规范及工艺下,热影响区存在超过母材抗拉强度的双轴拉伸残余应力区;采用合适的焊补规范配合特殊的焊补工艺,可以有效地降低焊接应力,减小和避免焊补裂纹的产生.
Using the finite element method,the white cast iron weld repaired stress field is analyzed.It is shown that there is the bi axial tensile residual stress over the tensile strength of the base metal in the Heat affected Zone(HAZ) under the common welding parameters and technology,and that the stress can be effectively released and cool crack can be avoided when the suitable welding parameters and special technology are used.
