摘要
目的:探讨药物性血尿的原因,阐述其发生机制,提出预防措施,促进临床合理用药。方法:对近5年国内公开发表的药源性血尿598例进行分析。结果:药物性血尿的发生与药物种类、年龄、性别、给药剂量和浓度、给药途径及不合理配伍有关。结论:充分认识药物性血尿产生的原因及危害,积极采取预防措施,避免或减少药物性血尿的发生。
Objective： To investigate the cause of drug-induced hematuria, expound its mechanism, submit preventive measures to promote clinical medication rational. Methods： To analysis 598 cases of hematria, which were published with 5 years. Results： The occurrence of hematria actually had some connection with drug type, age, sex, drug does and concentration, route of medication and the unreasonable combination. Conclusion： To fully understand the causes and hazard of drug-induced hematuria, and actively take preventive measures to avoid or reduce the occurrence of drug-induced hematuria.
