摘要
文章主要从亲自运用过的不同计价方式——定额计价方式与清单计价方式对同一类建筑产品价格的影响,分析两种计价方式的特点,指出计价方式的发展方向。
This paper has been applied mainly to personally different pricing - fixed pricing and inventory valuation methods on the same type of prices of building products. It analyzes the characteristics of two kinds of valuation methods,points out that pricing of the development.
