摘要
为了进一步探讨旋转磁场、恒磁场对ＳＰ２／０骨髓瘤细胞的影响。作者采用ＲＭＴ３旋转磁疗机作用于肿瘤区，观测瘤块直径，瘤块重量及瘤组织病理学变化。结果表明，旋转磁场具有明显的抑制ＳＰ２／０瘤细胞增殖的作用，磁场组与非磁场组相比，Ｐ＜０．０１，有非常显著性差异。由此表明磁场具有抗肿瘤效应。
In order to study the effect of magnetic field on SP2/0 marrow tumor,the authors applied a RMT3 rotate magnetic field on the tumor region and observed the tumor diameter,weight and pathologic chages.The results showed that compared with control the rotate magnetic field can suppress SP2/0 tumor cell function (P<0.01).
