摘要 以祁家黄河大桥膨胀混凝土配合比设计为例,介绍桥梁钢管拱C55膨胀混凝土配合比试验,研究其限制膨胀率等各项性能,通过多因素试验方法研究了胶材用量变化、砂率、掺合料掺量等因素对钢管混凝土性能的影响,确定了符合设计和施工要求的配合比设计方案。 The authors studied the micro expansion concrete of mix design of the Yellow River bridge as an example, introduce the test of mix proportioning of C55 micro expansion concrete of steel tabular of the bridge, research its limited expansive ratio, through experimentation with various factor,research the influence of concrete in the steel tubular which created by quantity of banding material, percentage of sand, the proportion of admixtures ,etc. And better mix design which meet the design and construction requirements was obtained.
