红松天然群体中同工酯酶的变异

The variation of Esterase zsozyme in natural Korean pine population

摘要 本文用同工酯酶对红松四个地理区域天然群体的遗传结构进行了研究,红松群体酯酶同工酶由EST—A、EST—B(多态位点),EST—C(单态位点)三个位点组成。红松4个地理群体不论在酶谱水平,还是EST—A、EST—B等位基因频率分布以及杂合率上,都表现了一定程度的变异。红松分叉及不分叉植株、健康木及病腐木之间在EST—B位点上差异明显。 The article introduces a study about the genetic structure of natural Korean pine pooulation in four areas by using Esterase zsozyme. It is found that the Esterase zsozyme is consist of three locus:EST—A, EST—B (polymorphic) and EST—C (monomorphic). The four areas' populations show the variation not only on the electrophoric pattern level of enzyme but on the gene frequency distribution at Locus ST-A and Locus EST-B and on the heterozygous rate as well, and the difference is stronger between the branched Korean pine plants and the unbranched ones, between the sound plants and the diseased or decayed ones at Locus EST-B.
