摘要
基于MATLAB环境设计工件加热过程温度场在线仿真监控系统,用有限差分的方法建立温度场的数值计算模型,计算过程中考虑材料物性参数随温度的变化。通过建立MATLAB环境下计算机与串口的实时通信,实现了工件加热过程实时在线临控。最后,将在线仿真结果与实测值进行对比,两者相符,验证了建立的在线仿真监控系统的可靠性。
A system was design to supervise and simulate the metallic work' s temperature field based on MATLAB environment, and a mathematical model for numerically simulating the temperature distribution is developed by using finite difference method, during the calculation process the material parameters were considered as a function of temperature. The supervision of heating process was achieved by establishing a connection between a computer and a real-time online serial port. And by comparing the two results, the simulated results were accorded with the tested ones, which verified the reliability of the system.
