摘要 炼钢电弧炉短网采用铜-钢复合导电横臂,增加了炉子的可靠性,具有结构简单、强度高、阻抗低,以及重量轻、反应灵敏等特点。根据电流在铜-钢复合导电横臂的分布情况,对其导电截面进行近似简化,得出电抗近似解析计算公式,给出导电横臂阻抗的工程计算方法,为炼钢电弧炉短网优化及改进设计提供了依据。 The application of copper-steel compound conductive arm in electric arc furnace short net improves the reliability of the furnace, which has the advantages of simple structure, high intensity, low impedance, light weight as well as sensitive reaction, This paper proposes an approximate formulation for analyzing electric impedance based on the approximation of its conductive section according to the current distribution in copper-steel compound conductive arm. A method of engineering calculation is also proposed, which provides a good basis for the optimization and design improvement of electric arc furnace short net.
