摘要
本文分析了基层部队营卫生所的建设与发展面临的问题,比较外军平战时基层医疗卫生保障工作的组织情况,提出只有根据部队建设的客观条件和特点,通过推行科学管理和人才队伍建设,在基层部队营卫生所信息系统的平台上,提高基层部队卫勤资源的质量和利用效率,推进国防现代化建设的步伐。
By visiting some battalion medical station and combining with own experience, we analyzed many questions faced in the construction of battalion medical station both in peace time and war time, and compared with foreign troops. The development of PLA requests the improvement of comprehensive health service ability in grassroot unit to progress the construction of national defense modernization, which could only be achieved by scientific management and human resource on the basis of battalion medical station information system to advance the quality and utility of health service resource.
