摘要 本文综述了油-水旋流分离技术的发展,比较了Dynaclean型动态旋流器与Thew型、Amoco型和Kии型静态旋流器的结构特点及其分割粒径。归纳了油滴在经泵增压的过程中出现破碎的影响因素,油滴的破碎程度取决于油水两相的粘度比、增压泵的型式、泵转速、泵流量,以及旋流器进料口的速度。给出了六种合理的压舱水、油田污水和炼油污水的旋流分离流程。比较了水力旋流器同隔油池、浮选和机械离心机相比在技术经济方面的优势。指出旋流器应向小流量、低压差、小颗粒的旋流器方向发展。 This paper reviewed the development of oil-water hydrocyclone. Contrasting with API, PPI, EPI, flotation and centrifugal machine, the technology and economic advantage of hydrocyclone is analyzed. The comparision of dynamic hydrocyclone of Dynaclean type with Thew type, Amoco type and Kии type hydrocyclone is made in structure and median droplet size. The effect on oil droplet break-up are discussed of pump type, inlet flow rate, rotation rate of single stage centrifugal pump, and ratio of oil viscocity to water. Some suitable hydrocyclone separation feowsheets of oily wastewater are presented. The developing direction to smaller flow rate, lower pressure drop and smaller droplet size of hydrocyclone is put forward.
