摘要
本文结合国内水体下采煤经验,在分析研究了潞安集团高河煤矿矿井充水因素、覆岩结构、导水裂隙带和计算防水安全煤岩柱等工作的基础上,对漳河下采用“分层综采”与采用“综采放顶煤”技术开采3”煤层可行性进行了评价,最终选定“综采放顶煤”一次采全厚。
The author evaluates the feasibility of the top coal caving technique of #3 coal seam under the fully mechanized slice mining technique and fully mechanized Zhanghe River on the base of domestic experiences of mining under water strata and analysis of coalmine water filling factors, overburden structures, water conducted fractured zones and water proof safety coal pillar calculation of Gaohe coalmine, Lu'an Group. The mining technique is finalized as top coal caving technique for the full seam mining.
