微生物杀虫剂苏云金杆菌液体发酵技术的研究 被引量:3

Production of Microbial Insecticides by Fermentation of Bacillus Thringiensis.

摘要 采用不同固形物含量的发酵液,确定出苏云金杆菌发酵液的最佳碳氮比为1:2.5。不同固形物含量发酵液的试验证明,采用高固形物含量(9%)的发酵液在生产上可有效降低生产费用。应用造价低、便于维修、抵御感染能力强、节能省电的气升式发酵罐对B.t进行发酵,发酵液不用浓缩其效价就达到国家行业标准(Ha2275IU/μL),很适宜在实际生产上采用。 The experiment with different solid contents of fermentation fluid indicated that the best C:N ratio of the culture was 1:2.5 for Bacillus thringiensis. The high concentration of culture fluid (9%) could result in lower production cost than the low one (4.5%). A satisfactory result (Ha 2275IU/μL) was obtained using the air-stirred fermentation tank for Bacillus thringiensis production, which had advantages over the mechanical one in cost, maintenance, anti-infection and energy consumption.
