热矫初始温度分布对TMCP钢板残余应力的影响 被引量:3

摘要 钢板残余应力分布决定着纵切板条的侧弯量,研究钢板残余应力分布是预报板条侧弯量的基础。借助商用有限元软件MSC.SuperForm对TMCP钢板热矫+自然冷却过程进行仿真,获得残余应力分布形态,分析钢板热矫初始温度分布对残余应力分布的影响。研究结果表明,钢板热矫初始温度沿板宽分布对残余应力有较大影响,初始温度分布越均匀残余应力值越小。 The side-camber amounts of the battens longitudinally cut from the TMCP plate are governed by the residual stresses. The numerical study on the residual stresses distribution in the plate is essential for predicting the camber amounts of them. With the aid of commercial FE code MSC. SuperForm, a 3-D coupled thermo- mechanical composite model on plate hot-leveling and followed natural cooling process was conducted and the distributions of residual stresses of the plate was obtained. The influence of initial temperature distribution on the residual stresses was analyzed. The result shows that the initial temperature distribution has a notable effect on the residual stresses. The more uniform is the distribution of initial temperature across the width of the place, the smaller the residual stress values is.
