摘要
综述了核磁共振波谱法在细胞凋亡研究中的应用。利用ＮＭＲ可以研究凋亡细胞的能量代谢、离子变化、跨膜电位以及与凋亡相关的蛋白在溶液中的结构，还能用来标示凋亡的发生。
Application of NMR in the studies of apoptosis was reviewed. NMR Can be used to study cellular metabolism, changes in ions, membrane potential in apoptosis cell and the structure of proteins related to apoptosis in solution, and also be used to indicate the apoptosis. It plays an important role in studying the mechanism of action of some of anticancer drugs which can induce apoptosis.
