摘要
以沸水提取100 g绞股蓝茎叶,将提取液浓缩蒸干,得粗产品2.07 g.用95%的乙醇进行重结晶,可得纯绞股蓝人参皂苷1.75 g,收率为1.75%.用红外光谱、薄层色谱、熔点测定和定性分析对结果进行验证,结果表明,所得到的物质为绞股蓝人参皂苷.
Extracting 100g leaves and stems with boiling water,extracting water was distilled to concentrate,2.07 g of the crude product can be gotten.1.75 g of Gensenoside can be gotten using 95% ethanol to recrystallize,the yield is 1.75%.The product was characterized by IR,m.p mensuration,character analysis,the results showed that the product is Gensenoside of Gynistemma Pentaphyllum Makin.
