摘要
主要介绍了ACS交流开关在阻性负载和感性负载应用下的不同特性、ACS交流开关的最高开关频率的选择和ACS交流开关在使用中的温升等要注意的问题,目的是使设计人员能够针对具体应用案例做出正确的设计.
This paper introduced the important properties of ACS while they are in different applications with different load,say resistance and inductance,the choice of maximum switching frequency and the temperature rising of the die and so on to be attention to the issue of having to be considered by the designers.The purpose is to enable designers to make the right design to the application Case-specific.
