摘要
阐述了电机在节能方面存在的5个主要问题。从减少有功损耗、提高电动机效率和减少无功、提高电动机功率因数两个方面,论述了三相异步电动机节能的几种方法,包括电机的设计制造与改进、电机的合理选择与使用、保证供电电压质量和电机就地无功补偿等。恰当地运用这些方法,能较大程度地提高电动机运行时的效率和功率因数,从而实现节能。
Five principal questions about motor energy conservation were set forth. Several kinds of energy conservation methods for three-phase asynchronous motor, including motor's design, manufacture and improvement, motor's rational selection and usage, protecting supply voltage quality and motor grounding reactive compensation, were discussed from the two aspects of reducing active loss to raise the motor's efficiency and reducing reactive to improve the motor's power factor. To a greater extent, correctly using these methods can raise the efficiency and power factor of motor's operation to realize energy conservation.
