摘要
文化是中华民族的精神家园,文化实力是综合国力的重要组成部分,共享文化成果是人民的基本文化权益。论文指出,在新的历史条件下,要推动湖北文化大发展大繁荣,实现湖北由文化大省向文化强省的跨越式发展,必须充分认识湖北文化大发展大繁荣的意涵特质,准确把握湖北文化大发展大繁荣的发展基础,科学定位湖北文化大发展大繁荣的发展战略。
Culture is the spiritual home of the Chinese nation,and cultural strength is an important component of the comprehensive national strength. Sharing cultural achievements is people＇s basic cultural rights and interests. Under the present new historical conditions, to promote cultural development and prosperity in Hubei, to realize the leap from a big cultural province to a strong cultural province, We must fully understand the meaning and the characteristics of the cultural development and prosperity in Hubei,find out what is the foundation of the cultural development and prosperity in Hubei, and determine the strategies to develop Hubei culture scientifically.
