摘要
肿瘤疫苗作为肿瘤特异性主动免疫治疗的方式，目的是激发启动、调节增强机体固有的免疫功能和抗癌能力以维护机体生理平衡。具有使机体由被动抗癌向主动抗癌转变的特点。已往的资料显示肿瘤细胞疫苗临床使用治疗效果不佳，其中失败的原因何在？是否是肿瘤疫苗使用策略的错误呢？本文从分析肿瘤细胞疫苗使用的策略及失败原因出发，浅析了现代肿瘤疫苗的发展和存在的问题，以及其发展方向。
Tumor vaccine,as a specific active immunity treatment of tumor aims to stimulate,adjust and reinforce the intrinsic immune function of the organism and its anti-cancer ability to keep the physiological balance of the organism.It has the characteristics of changing the against cancer from passively into actively.It has been shown previously that tumor cells vaccine is not so satisfactory in clinical practice.Did it result from incorrectness of its usage strategy?Starting from the analysis of the usage strategy of tumor cells vaccine and the reasons of failure,the author analyzed the development of modern tumor vaccine,its existing problems and its prospect.
