Application of HPLC-Spectroscopy in Detection of N-Methylcarbamate Insecticides Residue in Farm Produce

摘要 农产品中氨基甲酸酯类农药(NMCs)残留问题越来越受到人们的重视。综述了氨基甲酸酯类农药的种类及其毒理学特性,重点介绍了其高效液相色谱(HPLC)与紫外(UV)、荧光(FC)、质谱(MS)三种联用检测技术及其应用情况,旨在提高我国农产品中残留NMCs类农药的分析水平。 The problem of N-methylcarbamate insecticides(NMCs) residue in farm produce draws more and more public attention currently.All kinds of NMCs and their toxicological characters are summarized in this paper.The detection methods of NMCs residue using HPLC-UV,HPLC-FC,HPLC-MS,and their application are outlined.The purpose of this article is to improve the analytical level of NMCs residue in farm produce in China.
