摘要
鉴于当前行政执法实践的困境,必须对执法方式进行全方位的思考,指出应当转变行政执法理念,培育公民对公平与正义的信心,依据执法原则,转变行政执法方式,以适应世界行政民主化的发展趋势与和谐社会发展的内在需求。
Through expounding the changing concept of the ways of administrative enforcement of law,this paper analyzes the changing principle of the ways of law enforcement and discusses the changing tendency of the ways of administrative enforcement of law,and to adapt to the development tendency of world administrative demonstration and the internal demand of harmonious social development.
