摘要
以露天采煤机截割部传动系统为研究对象,对传动系统扭转振动进行当量转化,合理简化结构参数,建立扭转振动集中参数模型。以拉格朗日法建立微分方程对动力学模型进行数值求解,计算系统固有频率及在各阶模态中的能量分布率,根据模态柔度和能量平衡原理对传动系统进行优化。
Planetary transmission system and establishes lumped parameter model of torsional vibration of cutting department transmission through reasonable simplification for structure parameter and equivalent transformation for torsional vibration of transmission system researchesed. Builds differential equation with Lagrange method for dynamics model,solves natural frequency and energy distribution with numerical analysis ,optimizers the planetary transmission system based on the modal flexibility and energy balance principle.
