摘要
以芳醛、3-芳氨基-5,5-二甲基环己-2-烯酮和Meldrum酸为原料,离子液体为溶剂,在80℃下通过三组分一步反应,合成了一系列的7,7-二甲基-1,4-二芳基-3,4,7,8-四氢化喹啉-2,5(1H,6H)-二酮衍生物.与文献报道的合成类似物方法相比,该方法具有反应条件中性、产率高(83%~90%)、操作简单和环境友好等优点.产物的结构通过IR,1HNMR和元素分析表征.
A clean synthesis of 7,7-dimethyl-1,4-diaryl-3,4,7,8 tetrahydroquinoline-2, 5(1H, 6H)-diones was achieved in high yields by the reaction of 3-arylamino-5,5-dimethylcyclohex-2- enones, aromatic aldehydes with Meldrum acid in ionic liquid. Compared with the other methods, this method provides several advantages of neutral conditions, high yields, simple work-up and en- vironmental benignity. The structures were established by spectroscopic data of IR,^1HNMR and elemental analysis.
