摘要
本文以浙江省干部教育培训工作为例,运用干部教育学的基本原理,采取典型经验研究的方法,系统总结和分析了发挥体制内培训资源优势、开展自主选学模式的基本理念、主要特点和内容、运行方式等,对于丰富和完善干部自主选学的理论和实践具有重要的借鉴意义。
Education and training of cadres to work in zhejiang province as an example, the use of cadres and the basic principles of education, to take the typical method of empirical studies, summarizing and analyzing the system to play a system of training resources, self-selection model to carry out the basic concept and content of the main characteristics of, run ways, to enrich and im- prove the cadres for the independent study of the theory and practice is an important reference.
