摘要
后期扶持是解决水库移民问题的重要方式,扶持成效关键取决于后期扶持资金分配和利用的合理性。为有效检验水库移民后期扶持资金分配的合理性,文章利用层次分析和模糊数学方法,以社会认可度为综合指标,建立水库移民后期扶持资金分配效果综合评价模型,最后运用实例进行验算,表明该综合评价方法具有较好的操作性和适用性。
Follow-up support is an important solution to resettlement for reservoir construction. Support effect depends on whether distribution and utilization of funds for follow-up support is rational or not. In order to test the rationality of fund distribution effectively, a comprehensive evaluation model of allocation effect of funds for follow-up support to resettlers for reservoir construction is established by taking social recognition as comprehensive index through means of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics. Case analysis shows that this model is operable and applicable.
