摘要
高等职业教育必须以培养学生的职业能力为核心,注重学生未来职业岗位的适应性,而当今职场的不断变化又极大地影响着职业教育的培养目标、培养模式以及相应的课程体系。为此,必须改变传统的学科式课程体系设置和与之相对应的教学方法,以能力为本位,构建高等职业教育新的课程体系,并创造性地解决新的课程体系实施中的问题。
Higher vocational education must foster students＇ professional competence as the core, focusing on flexibility in their future career positions, while the ever-changing workplace has great impact on its training objectives and model and the corresponding curriculum system today. Therefore, we must change the traditional disciplines--style curriculum setting and the corresponding teaching method, build a new curriculum system of higher vocational education and solve the new problems in implementation of the curriculum system creatively by putting competency first.
