摘要
研究了用不同金属离子以及糠醛、糠醇、浓硫酸、浓硝酸对活性炭进行改性对活性炭吸附剂对FCC柴油和由正癸烷和二苯并噻吩(DBT)组成的模拟柴油的脱硫率的影响。实验结果表明:金属离子改性中Fe离子改性活性炭脱硫率好;活性炭浸涂糠醛、糠醇也可以提高吸附脱硫性能;浓硫酸、浓硝酸氧化可以增加活性炭表面酸性基团的量,改进脱硫性能,浓硫酸优于浓硝酸。进行了活性炭复合改性实验,结果表明,浓硫酸氧化后再进行Fe改性,脱硫率最高,吸附DBT模型物的脱硫率可达到100%。
The effects of modification of active carbon adsorbent by different metal ions, furfural, furfuryl alcohol, concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid on their desulfurization rates for FCC diesel oil and the simulated diesel oil composed of ndeeane and dibenzothiophene (DBT) were investigated. The results showed that the active carbon modified by Fe ion gave the higher desulfurization rate than by other metal ions; the active carbons modified by furfural or furfuryl alcohol could also improve desulfurization efficiency; the concentrated sulfuric acid or concentrated nitric acid oxidation increased the number of acidic functional groups on active carbon surfaces and strengthened desulfurization, and concentrated sulfuric acid was superior to concentrated nitric acid. Furthermore, the complex modification of active carbon, oxidized firstly by concentrated sulfuric acid and then impregnated by Fe ion, gave the highest desulfurization rate, which could reach 100% for the simulated diesel oil.
