摘要
目的通过对临床用血资料统计分析,了解临床输血现状,以便提高临床输血质量。方法对佛山市中医院2000-2008年临床用血的资料进行统计分析。结果我院临床成分血使用率呈上升趋势,其中O型血用量最大。结论严格掌握输血适应症,提倡成分输血,科学、合理用血。
Objective To investigate the present situation of clinical blood transfusion for better quality.Methods The index including total quantity,whole blood and component blood transfusion during 2000-2008 in our hospital were anslyzed. Results The percentage of component blood transfusion of our hospital was increasing year by year, and among them the type O blood was used in the largest amount. Conclusions To control the indication of blood transfusion strictly,component blood transfusion should be promoted.
