摘要
目的观察思密达治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效,以求给临床提供一种治疗复发性口腔溃疡副作用小、疗效好的药物。方法选取2006年6月-2008年6月门诊就诊的复发性口腔溃疡87例患者进行治疗,随机分两组,治疗组在溃疡面涂敷思密达,对照组外涂碘甘油,两组均停用内服药,治疗期间记录平均溃疡期、疼痛指数、局部疗效以评价溃疡愈合情况。结果治疗组的平均溃疡期、疼痛指数明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率占88.9%,明显优于对照组的59.5%。结论思密达治疗复发性口腔溃疡,具有止痛和促进溃疡面愈合的效果,达到治疗的目标,是较理想的药物。
Objective Observe the curative effect of the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer with Smecta in order to offer a kind of effective medicine for treatment of ROU with little side effect for the clinical practice.Methods 87 outpatients with recurrent oral ulcer, who were treated from June 2006 to June 2008, were selected and randomly divided into two groups：the therapy group was coated with Smecta on the ulcer surface; the control group with iodine glycerin, and all of the groups stopped taking medicine. During the therapy,the average ulcer stage,the pain index and the local efficacy were recorded to evaluate the ulcer healing rates.Results the parameters such as average ulcer stage and pain index in therapy group were significantly better than those in control group （P〈0.05）;The total effective rate was 88.9% and59. 5% respectively.Conclusions The treatment of recurrent oral ulcer with Smecta has effects on analgesia and ulcer concrescence promotion,so the treatment goal is reached and principle of therapy followed.It provides an effective drug for treatment of ROU with little side effect.
