摘要
从机械零件修复后的工作能力角度出发,提出了修复层的结合强度、修复层的耐磨性、修复层对零件疲劳强度的影响三个评价机械零件修复质量的指标,可用于机械零件修复质量评价的参考。
According to the working performance of the repaired mechanical parts,this paper put forward three indexes of evaluating the repair quality of mechanical parts,induding the bonding intensity of repair layer,the abrasion performance of repair layer and the influence of repair layer on parts fatigue intensity.These evaluation indexes can be used as the reference of evaluating the repair quality of mechanical parts.
