摘要
总结1例脊髓空洞症合并夏科关节炎患者的护理。在肩关节坏死、液体渗出、上肢疼痛、肢体感觉迟钝的护理过程中,注意观察患者上肢活动障碍情况,是保证对症治疗、对症护理的重要措施。此外还要加强心理护理,提高对此病的正确认识,进行出院后肢体保护的指导等。

To strengthen the nursing of psychology in order to raise the correct reorganization for this kind of disease. To carry on the direction of the protection of limbs after discharge.
