摘要
目的:探讨恶性肿瘤放疗的程序化护理方法。方法:选取2008年1月～2009年1月我科80例恶性肿瘤放疗患者在治疗前、中、后期进行有针对性的程序化护理。结果:80例患者中除5例改用手术等治疗方法外,75例在护士的精心护理下以良好的状态接受了全部的疗程,无一例因并发症而终止。跟踪回访0.5～1.5年,其中75例患者均生存良好。结论:有针对性的程序化护理能提高放疗患者的依从性,减轻患者的痛苦,预防并发症,提高治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量,延长生命。
Objective： To investigate the process of malignant tumor radiotherapy care. Methods： From January 2008 to January 2009 I Section 80 cases in the treatment of malignant tumors in patients with pre-radiotherapy, mid-late progrmn targeted care. Results： Surgery and other treatment methods were used in fiw. cases, the other 75 patients were cared by the intensive nurses in good condition under all of the treatment received, none of the termination of treatment because of complications, follow-up visit 0.5-1.5 years ,75 cases of patients with good survival. Conclusion： The active process of targeted radiation therapy can improve patient care and compliance to reduce the suffering of patients, prevent complica- tions and improve treatment, improve the quality of life and prolong the life of valuable.
