摘要
储层损害一直是石油界一个不可避免的话题,储层保护工作贯穿于整个油气田开发过程当中。酸化和水力压裂作为极其重要的增产措施有着广泛的应用。但是,由于工作液与储层岩石及储层流体的不配伍,会出现水敏性粘土矿物膨胀和微粒堵塞孔喉等现象,影响出油效果。此外,基质酸化后的二、三次沉淀物,施工参数不合理同样会对储层孔隙造成相当大的影响。因此,施工过程中应优化理论,改进工艺,在充分保证的采油效果的同时最大限度的保护储层已成为现今油气田开发的当务之急。本文通过分析酸化施工中一系列损害因素,提出了对应的解决方法,为油气田开发中储层保护提供了一定的建议。
Reservoir damage has been an inevitable topic in the field of petroleum. Reservoir protection is a task throughout the whole development process of oilfield. Acidification and hydraulic fracturing have been widely used as crucial stimulations. The reservoir rock and fluid have poor compatibility with treatment fluid, the phenomenon such as expansion of water sensitivity clay mineral and blockage of pore throats will occur, and oil yielding will be affected. Moreover, the second and the third deposit of matrix after acidification and unreasonable treatment param- eter cause considerable effect on reservoir pore. Therefore optimizing theory during treatment, improving process and protecting the reservoir maximumly at the time of the production effect guaranteed sufficiently are urgent affairs for present oillqeld development. By analyzing a series of damage factors in acidization treatment and presenting cor- responding solutions, some suggestion for reservoir protection in oilfield development is provided.
