摘要
通过对山西省境内不同生态环境条件下４０属９７种豆科植物的调查，采集了根瘤样本２８７份，经分离、纯化、鉴定、回接原寄主，获得了根瘤菌株２１２株。对有代表性的７１株进行了结瘤和固氮酶活性的测定，有效菌株达１００％，绝大部分为中效菌株，高效和低效菌株的结瘤和固氮差异很大。
Through investigation of rhizobia resources,287 root nodule samples were gathered from 97 species that belong to 40 generas,under different ecology environment in Shanxi province.212 rhizobia strains were got by means of separation purified certified and back inoculation original host.Nodulation and nitrogenase activity of 71 representative strains were measured.Effective strains reached 100%.Most of the effective strains were middle effective strains.It was very significance that the difference of nodulation and nitrogen fixing of high and low effective strain.
