摘要
十年前的科技期刊出版单位为迎接信息时代到来的挑战,要求建立编辑部自己的计算机管理系统,要求编辑能用计算机做出版的各环节的工作;十年后的今天被认为已进入信息时代,要求出版单位能够利用信息技术将期刊出版的一系列构思、考虑、计划有效串联起来,互相配合,达到最理想的出版效果.
Lo yeays ago, in order to meet the coming of Information age, it was chalegning for editors of science and technology journals to set up computer administration system to manage all publishing jobs. Lo years later, in the Information age, editors are required to be able to use information technology for planning, Consideration, organization and contrivance which work in combination and concordance to achieve the optimal results.
