摘要
介绍了采用级联技术制作的1023位声表面波匹配滤波器的工作原理、设计方法和实验结果。匹配滤波器的中心频率为65.28MHz,编码速率为4.08Mbit/s(抽头间隔为0.245μs),持续时间为250.735μs,自相关峰值与最大旁瓣比为26dB。测试结果表明,采用适宜的设计方法和工艺技术可获得预期的性能。
This paper describes the operating principle,design method and experimental results of 1023 bits SAW matched filter using cascade technology.The filter is featured with center frequency of 65.28 MHz ,code rate of 4.08 Mbit/s (with tap space of 0.245 μs) and duration of 250.735 μs . The ratio of self related peak value to maximum sidelobe is 26 dB . Testing results show expected performance can be achieved by proper design and process.
