摘要
在分析带式输送机故障原理的基础上,提出了设计带式运输机的实时综合保护装置。针对各种故障提出相应的解决方案,实现了基于S7-200 PLC的带式输送机监测与保护系统。研究表明,该装置对带式输送机安全运行具有重要意义。
Based on the analysis of fault characteristic of belt conveyor, the design to real - time comprehensive protection device for conveyor is putted forward. The fault is related to all the corresponding solutions, realizes conveyor monitoring and protection system on S7 -200 PLC. Research shows that device has the important meaning for safety operation.
