摘要 对扭矩—拉力“软索”模型进行了改进,在假设深直井眼是螺旋弯曲的基础上,首次在国内建立了深直井的实时计算井眼综合摩阻系数的模型,编制了计算机软件,并利用塔西南地区曲3井综合录井仪采集的钻进过程中的实时监测数据,对上述模型进行了验证,取得了比较满意的效果。 Pipe sticking has been one of serious drilling problem in oil exploration in west China, such as in Tarim oil field. Major affords have been made to determine the causes of stuck pipe and to outline operating practices, but it produced a little effect. In this paper the author describes a system based on improved torque drag model for real time monitoring of wellbore friction in deep vertical wells only using surface measurements logged by a computer system. The curve of wellbore friction can give the early pipe sticking trend. With drilling engineering variables and mud property, it can forecast and prevent the occurrence of stuck pipe.
